Rich Cyr is an author, stand up comedian, voice actor on the Nutmeg Junction old time radio style program, podcaster and motivational speaker  Hes also a frequent guest because we always have a lot to discuss. Today we’ll be focusing on his work as an author and his motivational speaking for Cyr is a featured author at the Torrington Library’s Book Expo which will be held 5/4/2019 from 12-4pm.  Cyr’s book is Confessions of a Frenetic Mind
