The show’s about to go on as The Landmark Community Theatre will perform “Arsenic and Old Lace” at the Thomaston Opera House opening this Saturday 3/14/2015 at 8pm and will run through 3/29/2015.
The show is a lot of fun, especially watching Ryan Wantroba (Mortimer) trying to understand his Aunts Carolyn Finch (Martha). Mary Wilson (Abby) and his prodical brother played by Jonathan Ross (Jonathan). Chuck Stango (Teddy) gets laughs every time he’s on stage as he CHARGES up the stairs like San Juan hill
Lynn D’Ambrosi as Elaine and Charles Merlis as Dr. Einstein (not that Einstein) are integral players in this hilarious farce that tells the tale of murder and intrigue in a Brooklyn home filled with the wildest cast of characters this side of Teddy Roosevelt! Eric Wilczak, Matt Albert, Joshua Luszczak, Wade Elmer and John Droney help bring Lucia Dressel’s direction of Arsenic and Old Lace to life!
