Jack Sheedy is an author and journalist who sat down with J. Timothy Quirk at the WAPJ studios in Torrington to discuss the work of Jean Sands. The major book launch of Jean Sands’ posthumous poetry collection launches September 24, 2017.
A launch party will be held at Oliver Wolcott Library, 160 South St., Litchfield, CT, from 1-3 p.m. Four women writers, all among Jean’s closest friends, will read from the book of poetry, titled Close But Not Touching.
