This is a follow up to the prior spotlight report on the Northwest Connecticut Arts Council’s “Welcome” to current and new members. The event was held in their offices at 40 Main Street in Torrington. In a comfortable and informal setting, artists were welcomed as they arrived. The staff was on hand to discuss the benefits of the organization (the Open Studio Tour was prominently discussed throughout the early evening).  The Northwest CT Arts Council is an invaluable resource for any artist in our community.
