The Winsted Book Fair is a two day event held on Saturday 7/30 (9 to 6pm) and Sunday 7/31 (10-2pm) being held on 414 Main Street near the intersection of Main Street and Elm. There are opportunities to hear guest speakers and receive signed copies of books.

There are deals that come with purchasing some books.

For instance with every $40 purchase, a patron will receive a $10 coupon to Noujaim’s Restaurant (which is on the same stretch of Main Street as this pop-up Book Fair location.

If one buys 2 books in the $5.00 category, a purchaser can obtain a third one (in the same category) for free!

We purchased a copy of “only the Super-Rich can save us!” written by Consumer Advocate and American Museum of Tort Law founder Ralph Nader.

And of course as the notice states, “Any patrons of the Festival whose combined book purchases and/or charitable contributions to The Law Works equal or exceed $500 will receive an autographed copy, personalized, of the 50th anniversary commemorative edition of UNSAFE AT ANY SPEED.
