The story of The Artist’s Path is a journey of love for two accomplished local artists. It was only 3 years ago in January when Lori and Ernie Baker were inspired to create a gallery for all artists to display their work in a non-intimidating environment. Their daughter Ali had opened Love Heart’s Bakery in Bantam and the space next door was available and the perfect venue and so “The Artists Path” ( was born.  Since opening the doors of the gallery, Lori and Ernie hosted exhibits, open mic nights, workshops and classes as well as author lectures and book signings.

Lori Barker is an artist who specializes in mixed media photography. Her solo work has been exhibited throughout Connecticut and her new original art will be exhibited separately at Enchanted Realms, a New Milford gallery beginning January 10th.  artist path 4
